Return Process

  Log into your myGemma account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original presentation box with all authentication cards, dust bags, and security tags intact to ensure it arrives in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team of experts verifies the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
